Snooper software updates
PLEASE NOTE: For Windows 98SE and Millennium operating systems you will need to download and install the USB driver software first BEFORE downloading the updater software.
  1. Please left click on the link below.
  2. A 'File Download - Security Warning' box will be displayed with three options of 'Run', 'Save' or 'Cancel'.
  3. If you wish to start the installation immediately after downloading select 'Run'. If you wish to 'Save' the installer, click 'Save' and specify where to 'Save' the file on your PC.
  4. Once the installer is downloaded you may receive a warning message advising that 'the publisher could not be verified' with the options of 'Run' or 'Don't Run'. Select 'Run'.
  5. If you have a previous version of the software installed a message will advise you of this and offer to uninstall the current program first before beginning the installation of the new software. Click 'Yes'.
  6. Follow the installation instructions to complete installing the new software.
  7. When prompted click 'Finish'

Please Note: Windows XP (64bit) is not supported. Apple Macintosh computers are not supported.
