Download Instructions

- Please left click on the link below.
- A 'File Download - Security Warning' box will be displayed with three options of 'Run', 'Save' or 'Cancel'.
- Click 'Save' and specify where to 'Save' the file on your PC.
- Once the program is downloaded you may receive a warning message advising that 'the publisher could not be verified' with the options of 'Run' or 'Don't Run'. Select 'Run'.
- If you have a previous version of the software installed a message will advise you of this and offer to uninstall the current program first before beginning the installation of the new software. Click 'Yes'.
- Follow the installation instructions to complete installing the new software.
- When prompted click 'Finish'

PLEASE NOTE: The USB drivers are normally downloaded automatically from Windows Update so the installer should not be necessary. However if you encounter installation problems then download and install the USB driver software.

where you will find a checklist that answers the most frequently
asked questions. If you still experience difficulty please call
